Satisfaction Guarantee

Suitable candidates are delivered within the agreed timeline,
typically 2–4 weeks. If no suitable candidate is found, the client only covers the agreed advertising costs.
Recruitment is completed within 4 weeks of the engagement start.
If the process is delayed due to ValueSource, no recruitment fee is charged.
If the new hire is not suitable within 3 months,
the search is repeated at no additional cost.
If the candidate leaves during the probation period,
a new search is conducted at a reduced –50 % fee.
