The start and starting points of cooperation

Valmet Automotive (VA) has been using ValueSource’s flexible procurement resourcing service in its investment projects for a long time. With Valmet Automotive gaining a stronger foothold as an electric traffic solution manufacturer, it was great to take part in the building of new production lines in Uusikaupunki and Salo. The car manufacturing lines in Uusikaupunki were already very familiar to us.

As our investment project professionals are familiar with VA’s processes and working methods, the added value created by ValueSource for investment procurement was immediate as the service started and grew. Our experienced procurement engineers quickly initiate our new team members, so VA does not need to worry about the steep learning curve of long-term investment procurement management.
